Managers can be leaders, but without the right support, they often don’t develop leadership qualities. I’ll support you in becoming both a capable manager and a trusted leader for your team.
Many new leaders are promoted because they’re good at what they do. But that doesn’t always come with the tools or support to lead well. Without guidance, it’s easy to lose direction or wonder if you’re doing it “right.”
My role is to help you find your inner compass. This is what allows you to lead with purpose, presence, and your own voice.

I found out the hard way that professional success isn’t separate from well-being. While finishing my PhD and climbing the career ladder, I kept my foot all the way down on the pedal. Outwardly, I was achieving. Inside, I felt depleted. My body was tired, and my mental well-being was wearing thin.
My #1 belief: We can’t care for just one part of life and expect the rest to thrive.
A focused, respected professional self depends on a kind and healthy personal self. The two are connected. We can't be our best in any area of life without also caring for our mental and emotional well-being.
That’s why mindfulness is part of how I coach. You might notice it in the way I listen, the questions I ask, or the practices and tools I offer to support your self-awareness. It’s one of the ways I help clients reconnect with what really matters.
