2025 Growth Cohort: Developing the Confidence for What’s Next

One thing I’ve realized in life is working in community makes almost everything easier. We realize we aren’t alone. In addition, the combination of trying to do big things, while supporting others as they do big things, is good for our soul.

Join Kathy and I this year for a monthly cohort group with the goal of supporting, learning, and growing together. It will be run in the style of a group coaching format.

Whether you want to develop the confidence this year to do big things like start a new job or business, or to have real conversations with loved ones, or start a new hobby, or take some action in your community, or anything in between, if you'd like some support taking actions with confidence we are here for you!

4th Tuesday of each Month February-November 2025.
6-7:30pm MST online (zoom) or in person.
Investment in your well-being: $239
Offered by Christine Lustik & Kathy Mangan

60 in 60

60 in 60 Fundraising Campaign for Red Willow Learning Center.

Looking at the things in my life that keep me balanced, I have to say that finding a way to serve others ranks right up there at the top. All my work in resilience teaches me that we are our most resilient selves when we are supporting our communities in a way that works well with our own means, abilities, and energy.

Obviously, we can all serve others in a myriad of ways. For me, it has become increasingly important that supporting organizations I care about stays at the top of my list!

One organization I am all-in on supporting is Red Willow Learning Center. I'm currently a board member and monthly donor of Red Willow. In addition, I've been honored to teach many classes at Red Willow over the years and partner with them on community offerings. Why?

Red Willow supports those in our community that are often underserved, including veterans, the jail population, and those with MS, Parkinson's, and chronic pain.

Since opening in the winter of 2010, Red Willow has made over 25,000 contacts with program participants.

I was a regular donor for years, but I have been a monthly donor since 2024. One of my favorite parts is that it is automatic, so it is really easy to make regular donations! I realize that not only is the monthly amount doable for me, it helps create a revenue stream that Red Willow Learning Center can count on. Who knew being a philanthropist could be so easy?

During February and March, Red Willow Learning Center runs a campaign specifically focused on making it possible for anyone to begin giving back. The minimum to join the movement is $10/month! We are hoping for 60 donors in 60 days.

If you’ve been looking for a way to begin donating within your community, or looking for worthwhile organizations, check out Red Willow! I would be delighted to talk with you more about this organization. Just let me know!

Reinvigorate YOUR Mindfulness Practice

The practice of being present in life isn’t always easy. World events, technology, and other challenges pull our mind in many directions. That constant distraction can be detrimental to our relationships, focus, and happiness.  In this 4-week class, we’ll return to the basics of mindfulness practice.  Each week we’ll study and discuss a different area of mindfulness supporting our practice with meditations throughout.

This series is for long time practitioners who maybe haven’t had a chance to study and sit with a group for a while and new mindfulness practitioners are also welcome.
