I have long felt the positive effect nature has on my soul. I’ve experienced this while doing in nature through backpacking, hiking, skiing, water sports, and gardening. But, it wasn’t until I started being in nature, that I found the real teachings of our natural world.
After studying with Mark Coleman in his Awake in the Wild program, I’ve learned how to guide others in these beautiful practices that can support our mental and emotional well-being.
During these experiential retreat sessions, there will be nature-based meditations and talks on meditation and nature. There will be time to relish in the silence and nature sounds, and opportunity to explore and discuss the art of meditation in nature.

Labyrinth Nature Retreats
There are ½ day and full day labyrinth retreats scheduled throughout the year (mostly late summer/fall) live near Missoula, MT.
These retreats use the labyrinth and land surrounding it to practice Mindfulness meditations in nature. These retreats are often silent and work to develop a greater sense of connection to ourselves and the world around us.
